Zara Phillips, Queen Elizabeth's Granddaughter to Marry Rugby Player

Since the official announcement of the royal engagement of Prince William and Kate Middleton, the world has been in awe. But then to create further 'awe', Zara Phillips, daughter of Princess Anne and her hubby No.1 Mark Phillips, and granddaughter to Queen Elizabeth, has announced her engagement to the English Rugby player Mike Tindall.

Zara and Tindall
Apparently, she decided she'd not be left behind in the grand scheme of things and thus made her relationship open to the already awe-struck public!

Deemed a royal rebel in her teens for piercing her tongue and all that, Zara, now 29, later mended her ways and got into sports where she has been quite successful at riding winning gold for Britain. According to the news, she had this to say about her engagement:
"I was really shocked when Mike proposed but I am very happy"
While her 32 year old hubby-to-be said:
"I am delighted that Zara has agreed to marry me. We are both very excited about the next stage of our lives together"
Therefore, we wish all the royalties all the best with their future wedded lives!
